The race to 1G: who will be the first Last Z player to reach a billion power?
XTITAN-S170X (S170) is the most powerful player in Last Z with 903.1M, 96.9M short of 1G (1,000M). Last Z has more than 840 states, and no player in the 831 live ones we swept has reached it yet. We followed the top 3 since July 31, 2026 to see who gets there first, and what each of the top 10 dominates. Captured on October 16, 2026 (UTC).
Not official, and where the data comes from
This is our analysis of the game, not an announcement: the developer always has the last word. The top 10 is what each profile showed on October 16, 2026, between 16:07 and 18:51 UTC, from a sweep of the 831 live states (1 to 845), up to 8 players per state with 600M of power or more. The history comes from our captures since July 31, 2026; readings before October 13 used older methods and are less precise. Power is the account power the profile shows, troops included. It is not the power of one formation with its buffs: some videos already show formations above 1G, and that is a different number. Projections assume each player keeps the pace of the last three weeks, and one game update can change everything.

The race to 1G
Power is not a straight line. It includes troops, so it drops when a player loses soldiers and recovers when they train them again. XTITAN-S170X fell to 828.2M on August 15 and to 875.0M on October 13, and on that day Big Nick was ahead by 5.2M. Each time the account came back to the same troop ceiling, 266.8M. Power can also drop on purpose: removing season buildings, unequipping heroes or moving tactical plugins to another formation all lower it, so a drop does not mean a player is getting weaker. Big Nick's line starts on Sep 26: it is our first reading of that account.
What grows steadily underneath is the rest of the account, and heroes above all. XTITAN-S170X added 16.1M of hero power since July 31, La tache 28.7M, and Big Nick 11.5M in just three weeks.
Something else happened in September. Until September 1, 2026, tech power was identical in every top player we captured, 65.9M: it looks like the ceiling of the tech tree at the time. By September 11 it had risen in all of them at once, 9.1M for XTITAN-S170X and 9.3M for La tache. (XTITAN-S170X gained 43.8M of power between August 20 and September 11, but 27.2M of that was troops.) Our reading: a game update that lifts a ceiling moves 1G closer faster than any amount of daily progress.
When does 1G arrive?
If the top 3 keep the pace they have had since September 26, 2026, this is when each one would reach 1G:

At that pace, Big Nick gets there first, and passes XTITAN-S170X on the way. The lead shrank from 27.1M on September 26 to 11.7M on October 9; on October 13 Big Nick was briefly 5.2M ahead, while XTITAN-S170X was down on troops, and by October 16 the lead was back at 11.97M. And part of Big Nick's pace is troops: 7.2M of the 23.2M gained. Troops have a ceiling, so that pace should slow.
The unknown: seasons
One factor does not show in the pace: the two front runners are at different points of the game's seasons. S170 has already played Season 5 (Moonlit Elegy), which raises the mastery cap from 70 to 90 and lets some heroes go past 5 stars; XTITAN-S170X is at mastery 73. S209 has not started it yet: Big Nick is at mastery 68, and everything gained since September 26 came without Season 5. When S209 enters it, in the coming weeks, Big Nick gets the room to grow that XTITAN-S170X already used. Season 6, the next step for S170, has not been announced.

Part by part, the lead is narrower than the total suggests. Of the 11.97M between them, 5.64M are troops, which are trained back; without them the gap is 6.33M. Big Nick is ahead in structures by 3.50M, so if the account matched XTITAN-S170X in the four parts where it trails, it would reach 906.65M, 3.50M above XTITAN-S170X. Heroes are the part to watch: since September 26, Big Nick adds 0.56M a day and XTITAN-S170X 0.24M. At that pace the 5.36M close in about 17 days, before counting Season 5.
So, will XTITAN-S170X be the first to 1G? It leads today, 11.97M ahead of Big Nick, and at 0.39M a day it would get there by June 2027. But the race is open. September showed that the big moves come all at once, and the next one may reach S209 first: Season 5 there, before any Season 6 in S170. In short: whoever gets the next push while closest to the line crosses it.

About troops
We left troops out of the comparison because it moves every day. But among players this close, it can decide a fight: Josema95 1 is 4th today with the least troop power of the ten, and with the troops the account had three days earlier, it would be 2nd.
Beyond the top 10
Special mention: BigBoss (S541)
The best tech in our capture is not in the top 10. BigBoss, the top player of S541 and 12th in power (858.0M), has 86.9M of tech power: 73.7K more than Josema95 1, the leader of the ten, and 11.2M more than Big Nick. It is the same figure in both of our readings, October 13 and October 16, 2026 (UTC). BigBoss is also 8th in structures and 7th in vehicles out of 282 players. What keeps the account out of the ten is heroes: 187.1M, 44th of 282, against 239.8M for XTITAN-S170X. If those heroes catch up, BigBoss enters the race.
Two more names worth watching. ICESSurvivor (S677) has the 2nd best vehicles we read, 50.6M, only 1.2% behind XTITAN-S170X, with 775.1M of power. And neigh (S58) has the highest mastery level we read, 85, while the best of the top 10 is 73.
Captured on October 16, 2026 (UTC), in the same sweep as the top 10: 282 players with 600M of power or more, up to 8 per state. A leader below 600M would not show here.
What the data tells us
The top of Last Z is a tie of ten builds that are almost maxed in structures and differ in tech, vehicles and how much they fight. XTITAN-S170X is the most complete of them and the closest to 1G, Big Nick is the one climbing fastest, and La tache proves that power and kills are separate roads. Nobody gets to 1G this year at today's pace: the first one to cross it will probably do it on the back of the next update.
