Last Z's fiercest fighters: does hero power win the war?
The longest battle record in Last Z does not belong to the strongest heroes. Kanasai便便 (S15) leads the world with 92.8M enemies defeated and is only 27th by hero power, while the hero #1, XTITAN-S170X, is 5th. We put the top 30 by battle record (captured October 14, 2026, UTC) against the top 50 by hero power (October 13).
Not official, and where the data comes from
This is our reading of the game, not an announcement: the developer always has the last word. Frags, hero power and the other stats are the values each player's profile showed when we captured it: the battle record on October 14, 2026 (23:31 UTC) and hero power on October 13, 2026 (UTC). The top 10 by frags is the public ranking Top 10 Players by Total Kills across all servers; positions 11 to 30 and the hero top 50 are our own extraction from the same captures. Two limits: frags are a lifetime total, so they measure how much a player has fought over the account's life, not how active they are this week; and our capture only reads players with 50M frags or more (up to 8 per state), so a fighter beyond that line in a crowded state would be missing.

Two lists, few names in common
Only 14 of the 30 fighters with the longest records are also among the 50 strongest hero accounts, and just three are in both top 10s: IIKingArthurII (3rd in battles, 10th in heroes), XTITAN-S170X (5th and 1st) and Rio Kapiten (10th and 9th). The other 16 fighters have a median hero power of 124.6M, well below the 184.5M that the 50th hero account had on October 13. Hero power was captured a day earlier than the battle record; in one day it barely moves, so we do not expect it to change who is in each list.

The complete warriors
The most frags do not always mean the strongest account, and the players who rank high in both lists deserve a place of their own. Three are in both top 10s, and they combine a long battle record with heroes at the very top. Strong heroes, quieter records
The 10 strongest hero accounts have a median of 52.9M frags; the 10 longest battle records, 79.3M. The widest case is La tache (S293): 5th in the world by hero power with 17.7M frags. Our reading: strong heroes are a starting point, not a war record. How much a player fights is a choice, and some of the strongest accounts simply fight less.
Bigger accounts, different habits
Side by side, the hero accounts are the bigger ones: a median total power of 871.7M against 712.4M for the fighters. The fighters run with less troop capacity (185.1M against 257.6M, median) and win on frags per effective power (0.20 against 0.11). Troop capacity is the fuel of combat: how much army a player can put in the field, not how hard it hits. A lower median here may mean fighters spend their army as fast as they rebuild it; that is our reading, not something the data proves.
Small heroes, big records
LIMIT26 (S95) has the smallest heroes of the top 30 (51.3M) and still sits 9th with 74.7M. Chun Ja (S536) does it from a level 33 headquarters: 63.2M with 61.3M of hero power. For every point of hero power they have defeated far more enemies than the world's hero #1, XTITAN-S170X.
A record is not activity
Toffee66 (S66) is 4th in the world with 82.4M, but the profile shows 17,360 of troop capacity, no alliance and no mastery this season, with 200.6M of total power. Our reading: an account that fought a lot and is likely inactive this season. It is the clearest reminder that frags add up over the life of an account and never go down, so a long record can belong to someone who stopped playing.
Where the fighters come from
S95 has four players in the top 30 (RiSe, LIMIT26, XION and JaxAttackFire2x) and S18 three (다루daru, FrogGod蛙神 and Araevil). The alliance KO1 alone has two of the top 10: 다루daru (2nd) and FrogGod蛙神 (7th). By flag, 10 of the 30 show the United States and 5 South Korea.
What the data tells us
Hero power and battle record are two different races, and the player with the most frags is not always the strongest. The longest records belong to players who keep fighting, sometimes with modest heroes and smaller armies, while the accounts that top both lists combine the two. And a record looks back, not forward: it says who has fought the most, not who is fighting today.
