Guide
Everything you can do on HΞXHQ, feature by feature. Spoiler: there's more than meets the eye.
Rankings
Every leaderboard in one place, each one with the date of the capture it uses.
Switch stats without going back
On mobile, tap the tab on the edge of the screen (or swipe it inward) and a panel opens with the other stats: Core Power, effective power, tech… Pick one and the panel closes. With an account, choose in My profile whether the tab sits on the right or the left. On desktop, the stats are at the top.
Tap for more
On mobile each row shows only the ranking's stat. Tap the player, alliance or server to see the rest of its stats and where it places in each.
In short
Each ranking explains what it measures and how to read it. The exact formulas are in the footnotes.
See previous top
Rankings refresh with every weekly capture. "See previous top" compares with last week, and "See the latest" takes you back to the current one.
When the data was gathered
A high contrast band at the top of each ranking shows the day its information was gathered and how long ago. Rankings are snapshots from the game, not live data. You can hide the notice that explains this, and turn it back on in My profile, Preferences.
Race to 1G
The 10 strongest accounts in Last Z on their way to 1G, with a new reading every night.
Podium and player cards
The top 3 by peak power, how much each one needs to reach 1G and what changed since the previous reading. Tap a name to open its card. Members can open the cards of all 10.
Replay the race
The race chart shows every account's peak power heading to the finish line. Replay plays the readings from the first to the latest, so you can see every overtake.
Trend
A line per account with its power at each reading. Switch between peak and current power, and pick up to 4 accounts. Only measured values, never projections.
Who reaches 1G first?
Members get one vote, and can change it while voting is open: it closes as soon as any account reaches a peak of 950M. Voting unlocks the Race Contender frame. Picking the winner adds 50 Intel Points and the Race Oracle frame.
Migration Live
The migration views from our live stream, on one page and for your group.
Migration recap
State power change during the migration and since Friday's peak, the total and effective power of the players who moved, alliance moves and slots filled per tier, each with its capture time.
Power shift by state
Every state against its last reading before the migration, ordered by % change, with a gauge, the change in G and its place by power.
Top 20 players
The 20 strongest accounts by Effective Power and who already moved, 10 per page.
Open slots by state
Free slots per tier in every state of the group, from the game State List and with its date.
Pick your group
The group selector switches every view to another bracket when it has data.
State Ruler predictions
Call every matchup before it closes and see where the community leans.
Community Sentiment Breakdown
Above the matchups, a bar per matchup shows how members are predicting: blue for the first state, yellow for the second, plus how many expect an invasion or a defense. Percentages appear once a matchup has 5 predictions and update every minute. Nobody can see who voted for what. Once voting closes, the panel starts folded so the results come first: tap its title to open it.
Most contested and clearest favorite
The panel points out the closest matchup and the one with the clearest favorite. While predictions are open, the homepage shows the same pulse. Tap a state's number to see the sentiment next to the server stats.
SvS Battle Stats Breakdown
Once the battle is over, the Breakdown chip on a Round 2 result opens a card with the power of the top 5 alliances of each state before and after the fight. It turns on when the stats arrive, a little after the result.
Find your server
Type a server number, like 245, in Find a server above the results. The page jumps to its group and highlights it, and next time it opens on that group. On a phone, swipe or use the arrows to move from group to group.
Live battle
Follow every besieged State Ruler capital as it happens, with data read straight from the game. For members.
Live ticker
A line at the top that runs through the whole battle: who is ahead in each capital, conquests, defenses and comebacks, each with its time. It refreshes on its own and anyone can see it, with or without an account.
The stream, right here
When we stream a key battle, the video shows up above the ticker, so you can watch it and follow the rest of the capitals on the same page.
Live or paused
The top bar tells you whether monitoring is active and when the last reading came in. With the page open, it refreshes on its own every 15 seconds.
One card per battle
Swipe the cards to move between capitals (on a computer, use the arrows). Under them, a table sums up every battle; tap a row to jump to its card.
Occupation ring
Invader on top, defender below. Each colored arc is the occupation that state has accumulated (red for the invader, yellow for the defender); the light part is what's still free. Whoever reaches 100% (one hour) first wins. The clock on top is the time left in the battle.
Compare and see predictions
Tap a state's number to compare both servers. Once predictions close, the comparison also shows how the community voted.
Peak %
Under Details, the highest percentage each state reached in the stored readings. If there's no data for a state, it shows a dash.
Last activity
Under Details, the capital's battle log (reinforcements, attacks) with the in-game time. It builds up across every reading, so it isn't lost when the battle ends.
No data since…
If a capital hasn't had a reading for more than 10 minutes, its card fades: what you see is the last reading, not what's happening now.
Underdog leading
When the state with less power is winning (at least 10% less, or fewer stars if power is missing), the card calls it out and shows how big the gap is.
Surprises
One tap and you only see the matchups where an underdog is leading.
Turrets
Under Details, the capital's 3 turrets: which alliance holds each one, whether it sides with the invader or the defender, since when, and how long ago it was read. Turrets are read less often than capitals, so each one shows its own reading time. The replay shows how they changed hands.
Replay
Missed the battle? Play it back exactly as it happened, from the stored monitoring readings. For members.
Play
Once every battle has a result (starting with the October 10 battle), "Replay" shows up in the status bar. The clock follows real time: what happened at 15:00 shows up at 15:00 in the replay.
Speed
×30, ×60, ×120 or ×300. At ×60, two hours of battle go by in two minutes.
Timeline
Drag it to jump to any moment. The marks show where there's data: grey ticks for readings, cyan for new battle-log entries and yellow dots for key moments.
Key moments
Use the arrows to jump between lead changes, comebacks, underdog upsets and capitals conquered or defended. The bar tells you what happened.
A pause where it matters
When it reaches a key moment the replay stops for a beat and highlights the card, even at ×300.
Back to live
The X in the bar takes you back to the live board.
HΞX TV
Videos from the official channel, popular channels, creators and the community, all in one place.
The theater
When HΞXHQ goes live, the stream opens at the top on a stage with curtains. Swipe or use the arrows to see past streams from the official channel. The seats in front show each video's real views. Press play and the house lights dim. While a video plays, popcorn, soda and chocolate travel along a little conveyor belt to your tray; tap the tray and an usher brings it all to you. With no live stream, open it anytime with the "Open theater" ticket.
Search every video
Tap "Search videos", the gold magnifier at the bottom right (it appears as you scroll down), or press / on a keyboard, to find any video by title or channel, including older ones that are not in the rows. Filter by format (Videos or Shorts) and by section (Popular channels, Official channel, Community and each topic). The search stays in the link, so you can share it.
Blog
Analysis posts built from our captures, each one with its capture date.
Player cards
Names of players in a post are highlighted. On desktop, hover over a name (or click it to keep it open) and the player's card appears with their power, kills, best stats and how they grew across our readings. On mobile, tap the name. The card shows the data from the day of the capture, so it always matches the post.
Tech Research
Plan your Laboratory research trees and see how far along you are.
Progress on every card
Each tree card shows two percentages: levels done out of all the levels in the tree, and badges spent out of all the badges the tree needs. They never match, because every level costs a different amount. A complete tree shows a Max ribbon. To catch up with the game, open a tree and tap "Complete tree" instead of raising each node.
Stat overview
Tap "Stat overview" above the trees to see the sum of every stat you have unlocked across all the trees on the site, next to the total those trees give. It only counts what you set in each tree, saved in this browser. Each tree has the same button for its own bonus totals, where "At 100%" shows everything the tree gives.
Bio Builder
Style your in-game bio and see it before you paste it.
Step by step wizard
Tap "Wizard": pick a style, write your text, choose its size and bold if you like and, when you finish, the bio is copied for you with a reminder of where to paste it. "Add more text" adds more text with its own style, next to the first one or on the second line. Every bio you finish is kept in "Saved automatically" in this browser.
Colors, bold and sizes
Select part of your text and tap a color, bold, italic or a font size. The tags go around what you selected and the preview shows it the way the game will. Those tools and the code show up with "Show code".
Copy and paste into the game
Tap "Copy bio" and paste it into your bio in the game. A tag that is not closed shows up as plain text in the game, and in the preview too, so you can spot it before you paste.
Gradient text
Tap "Gradient", type the text, pick a palette or build your own, and choose where it goes: at the start, at the end or where the cursor is. "Reverse" flips the palette and "From the center" starts it in the middle of the text. Out of ideas? "Need Inspo?" has more than 50 phrases with the gradient already applied. Each letter gets its own color, so a gradient uses many characters.
Saved bios
Give your bio a name and save it to load it later. With an account they are kept in your profile and show up on every device; without one they stay in this browser.
Tap the preview to edit
Tap any letter in the preview: its code is selected and a panel shows that part's text, color, size, bold and italic. Each change rewrites only that tag, so you never have to edit the codes by hand. You can also remove that part, or switch it between one color and a gradient.
Gift Codes
Every gift code in one place, with a notice when a new one comes out.
Live codes first
The codes live now are at the top with the date they came out. Tap a code or the copy button, then redeem it on the official site with your game account.
A notice for every new code
With an account, each new code shows up as a notice and stays in the bell until you open it. You can turn it off in My profile, Preferences.
Permanent codes and history
Permanent codes work once per account and show when they were last checked. Past codes keep their dates, so you can tell what you already used.
Player Compare
Pick two players or upload a player's card from your screenshots, and watch their power side by side in an animated scene.
Search by server or name
Type a server number to list its players with the leaders of each stat, or at least two letters of a name. Each result shows the date of its reading; the plus button puts the player in the first empty slot.
Me and swap
Signed in with a card of your own, Me puts your newest card in an empty slot. The arrows between the slots swap player A and player B.
Not found? Upload the card
If a player is missing or the reading is old, upload their Profile and Details screenshots from the empty slot or the search and compare right away. Members only.
Read in your browser
Choose or paste the screenshots. The reader runs on your device and shows each step and the time it takes; nothing is uploaded until you confirm.
Check every value
Each value sits next to the crop it came from and the doubtful ones are marked. A live check tells you when the total power is not the sum of the five components.
You choose who sees it
By default other members see the card. Turn the switch off and only you see it. Visitors without an account never see community cards.
Your cards in My profile
Every card you uploaded is listed in My profile, under Account, with its date, the switch for who sees it, the HΞXHQ check result and the option to remove it.
Pick a theme
Compare turns on once player A and player B are set. Choose a published theme or Random; change it after comparing and the scene updates at once.
How the winner is decided
Effective Power decides every comparison: power without troops, weighted by what matters in battle (heroes 40%, tech 30%, tank 20% and structures 10%, counted only up to the cap of the player's HQ level). Troops are shown but not counted, and so is RGP (Reported Game Power: the total power the game shows, troops included), there for the purists. Head to head bars grow from the center toward the leader, and the radar is zoomed in so small gaps show (each axis starts at 85% of the lower value).
What is Effective Power?
That link shows the weight of each part and opens the breakdown of the Structures cap. Step through every HQ level or jump to each player's HQ, and see what each building adds at that level.
Save it as an image
Export image draws the comparison on our server at 1080 by 1920 with the HΞXHQ mark, ready for Shorts, Reels or your alliance chat.
Share the comparison
Share sends a link that opens the same two players and theme. With two HΞXHQ players the link preview shows the comparison image; with a player card it shows the page preview, so nothing for members only leaves the site.
Private rooms
A private space for your alliance or group in the HΞXHQ Discord, created right in Discord with one command.
Type /room
In the HΞXHQ Discord, type /room in ◇・general. The bot checks your requirements and creates your room with buttons, step by step.
Invite with a right click
Right click their name on a message they wrote in the chat, open Apps and choose Invite to my room, or press Invite in the /room panel. Check the @username in the confirmation before sending. Owners and moderators can invite.
Accept your invitations
Nobody joins without accepting: the bot sends you a direct message with buttons to join or decline. With direct messages closed, /room shows them.
Room time
Boost the server and your room lasts the days you boost. Link hexhq.blog and reach VIP 5 for 15 days; every VIP level after 5 adds 15 more. A room pass also works.
Link for more time
Link Discord to your HΞXHQ account and your VIP turns into room time. You also manage your room from the site and appear by name in invitations.
Manage it from /room
The /room panel has buttons to invite, transfer, add or demote moderators (up to 2), remove and leave, with the member picked from a list. Owners and moderators find the How to manage your room guide with the Guide button in /room.
Ask to join a room
Some rooms take join requests: type /room and choose request, or right click a message in a public room and open Apps. The owner and moderators decide. Owners turn requests on in the /room panel.
Your profile
What your account does and collects: comments, limited edition avatars and community points.
Comments everywhere
Posts, rankings and State Ruler events have their own conversation. Only signed in members see it, comment, reply and like (without an account you see how many comments and likes there are), up to 150 characters per comment.
Player card and accolades
Tap a member's avatar or name anywhere on the site to open their player card. The front shows their country, VIP level, title, bio, likes, Intel Points and up to 4 accolades; swipe or use the arrows to see their latest contributions and comments, and every accolade they earned. Tap an accolade to see it large and browse the rest. On your own card (See my card, in My profile) you pin which accolades go on the front. The card's style is yours to pick in Customize, Card: some come with your VIP level, others with your State Ruler predictions (Intel Points), and the exclusive ones are rewards from HEX or come with events that last a few days.
Avatar frames
A frame around your avatar that shows on your player card, your comments and the Patron Wall. The first ones come at VIP 2, animated ones at VIP 12 and the elite one at VIP 17. Pick it in My profile, Customize, Frame.
Comment bubbles
The style your comments show up in. The first ones come at VIP 4, animated ones at VIP 14 and the elite one at VIP 19. You can try locked ones before you earn them. Pick it in My profile, Customize, Bubble.
Titles
A title next to your name in comments, on your player card and on the Patron Wall. You earn them with your VIP level, your Intel Points or as a prize in events and podiums. Pick it in My profile, Customize, Title.
Name color
Your name in color in comments, on your player card and on the Patron Wall. Three colors come at VIP 5. Pick it in My profile, Customize, Color.
Avatars
Pick any avatar in My profile, Customize: a basic one (people, hobbies, flowers, pets), one of the ten hero portraits or a photo of your own. Your photo is checked before other members see it, usually within a few hours, and you can upload one a day.
Community points
Your VIP level grows by taking part: the first steps and daily tasks in My profile, Points (2 to 5 points each, credited the moment you do them), 10 points per approved video, 5 per approved contribution, and up to 100 per State Ruler round for your accuracy (winner and mode right is a full hit, only the winner is half; counted over at least 10 predictions, so 30 of 30 gives 100 and 3 of 3 gives 30). The round's top 10 in Intel Points adds 50, 40, 30 or 10. VIP never goes down. Intel Points come only from predicting and unlock their own titles. Donations don't add points. In My profile, Points, "How levels work" shows every level and what it unlocks.
Daily tasks
In My profile, Points: a few first steps (avatar, bio, country, your first prediction and comment) and three tasks a day (visit, comment, predict). Each one adds VIP points the moment you do it. Visits build a weekly streak: from the 3rd day in a row they are worth double, and all 7 days (Monday to Sunday) add 50 points. The week starts over every Monday.
Players HUB
The videos members share, with likes, reactions (fire, trophy, respect, funny and big brain play) and comments. Mark players as favorites from their card and their contributions show up at the top. Your favorites are private.
My reports and Bug Hunter
Everything you send from Feedback shows up in My reports with its status. If we need more details, we ask there and you can reply with text and screenshots; a dot on More tells you there is a new reply. A confirmed bug or wrong number earns 5 VIP points and the Bug Hunter accolade; an important one, or three confirmed, unlocks the Bug Radar title.
Content creators and the CREATOR title
Register your YouTube channel in My profile and paste the verification code in your channel description. Once verified, your videos about the game appear in HΞX TV, and the ones tagged #HEXHQ go first in Content Creators. While you publish at least one #HEXHQ video a week you get the CREATOR title next to your name; a week without one turns it off until your next video.
The notification bell
When there is something new for you, a round bell floats at the bottom left: likes and replies to your comments, what HEX gives you, site news and new blog posts. Tap it to see the list and open each one, or mark everything as read and it goes away. New ones also pop up for a moment while you browse. If you cleared them by mistake, My profile → Preferences brings back the last 24 hours. News and blog posts only show if site news is on there.
Your frequent tools
The bell also keeps the tools you open most, up to four, with the ones you use often and recently first. The » button opens every tool. The bell shows up even when there is nothing new, and this list lives only in this browser.
Sign in with Discord
On the sign in page, check both boxes and use Continue with Discord. If your Discord uses the same email as your account, it opens that account; if not, sign in with your email and link Discord in My profile, Account. In Discord options you choose whether to use your Discord avatar and whether members see your Discord username on your card.
