Not official, and how we measured
This is our reading of the game data, not an announcement: the game's developer always has the last word. A state's power here is the sum of its 5 strongest alliances (each alliance's in-game profile); its kills are the sum of the 5 alliances with the most kills, which aren't always the same five. A state whose 6th alliance and beyond are strong looks weaker here than it is. Changes are against the previous capture (October 2, 2026; October 6, 2026 for S218). Merged states (S193, S202, S204, S224, S226, S235, S238, S246) are left out. Data captured on October 9, 2026 (19:28 to 00:57 UTC).
