Troop Power is excluded because it can inflate a player's total without reflecting real strength: an inactive player just stockpiles unused troops. Where shown, "Power" is the game's own raw total (troops included), for comparison. Each stat shows the player's individual rank in that category among all 4. Data captured on Oct 12, 2026 – Oct 14, 2026, a single snapshot in time.

The cap is the power of all military buildings plus Military Center, City Wall and the Headquarters at that level, always the lower of the two. Troops don't count because they inflate power without reflecting real strength.
